Louise Madzia
Louise Madzia is a UK-based artist and designer specialising in ceramics. Her work is deeply rooted in drawing and uses clay as a canvas to create different compositions. Originally studying illustration, she began attending ceramics evening classes in 2011 and became obsessed with the possibilities and tactility of the medium, eventually establishing her practice in 2015.
In addition to making one-off pieces, she has created collections for luxury retailers globally, including Browns Fashion, Printemps and Hyundai Seoul. She has also worked with factories in the heart of the potteries in Stoke-on-Trent to design slip-cast collections. Beyond ceramics, she has created artwork for global brands.
An evolving visual storytelling format with works in interesting places and spaces, inspirations and friendly faces.

We offer made to order products but we also keep a small production line constantly in motion so if you would like something sooner look at what we have in stock.

At the studio we have space for classes and private workshops up to 10 people, a regular clay class every Wednesday for drop in sessions to make together plus the occasional guest workshop.
We have a collection of our archive products available as well these are a mixture of hand made in the Camden studio or slip-cast by hand in the potteries of Stoke-on-Trent. Once they are gone they are gone.
